4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your judi4u login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. judi4u will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
4.3 You must notify judi4u immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. judi4u may suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
4.4 judi4u accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any rights arising therefrom to any other party.
5.1 All judi4u accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in MYR.
5.2 judi4u supports the following deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR/Transfer, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online), and direct bank transfer via CIMB and Maybank. Minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content; modify or create derivative works; reverse engineer or decompile any software; or use any data mining or scraping tools.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, judi4u, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.
11.2 judi4u's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your judi4u account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 judi4u makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.1 judi4u reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: there is suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; there is suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe; or a court order or regulatory requirement mandates account closure.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Upon termination for reasons not attributable to member misconduct, any verified balance will be returned via the member's registered payment method.
12.3 You may close your judi4u account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided upon voluntary account closure, and bonus funds will be removed from the account. Verified real-money balances will be returned in full.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under judi4u's international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority.
13.2 For disputes relating to game outcomes, you must submit a written complaint to judi4u support within 30 days of the disputed event. judi4u will investigate and respond within 14 business days. judi4u's decision on game outcome disputes is final and binding, subject to the licensing authority's dispute escalation process.
13.3 Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Material changes will be notified to registered members via email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
